Cocktail hour will begin at 3:30 pm. Our guests may go to the reception location right after the ceremony. You will enjoy cocktails and hors d'oeuvres while awaiting the arrival of the new Mr. and Mrs. Sarbeck. Hors d'oeuvres will include meatballs in a mushroom sauce, bacon wrapped water chestnuts, and blue cheese bruschetta. 

For the main course, you will start with The Steakhouse's signature salad and warm dinner rolls. Following an amazing salad, you will be served a 12oz prime rib accompanied by scottsdale potatoes, and green bean almondine.

No wedding would be complete without CAKE! (Flavor coming soon! There are so many, we are having a hard time choosing!)
