Our Story

Most of you know, Dwight and Barbara were good friends in High School and never really saw each other after Dwight graduated. They found each other again on the internet and the renewed friendship eventually blossomed into a forever kind of love.

Our Wedding

We are to be married on September 4th, 2010 at 5 in the evening. The location is Pine Flat Methodist Church in Oxford, MS. From Oxford take Hwy 7 south towards Water Valley. At the split for Hwy 7 and Hwy 9 you take 9 South (which is going straight as 7 forks off) about a mile down the road is a sign that says Pine Flat and points left. Take that left and the church is about 1/4 mile down on the right.

Our Reception

Reception will be immediately following the wedding at the home of Tim and Laurie Martin, Kimmons Street, Water Valley, MS
The wedding party plans to change out of wedding clothing after the cake cutting, pictures and first dances are complete.
Outdoor buffet style dinner, dancing, wine and beer.

Travel Arrangements

The honeymoon location is a secret at this point and time. We plan to leave early in the morning on the 5th of September and return on the 11th.

A Special Message From Us

Thank you all for being there for us with your love and friendship. We hope you are able to be there with us on our wedding day. We specifically chose not to do a destination wedding/honeymoon combination as we wanted our wedding to be local so we could share this special time with family and friends.
