Our Story

Chris and I have been friends for so long, it is difficult to remember where it began. We went to high school together and had most of the same friends, and we spent a lot of time together during those years. We went on to go to different colleges, and lived a good distance apart-but that did not affect our friendship. We stayed in touch, and saw each other pretty frequently. When I finished school, I moved in as Chris's roommate until I could figure out my next step. As it turned out...my next step was with Chris!

I will never forget the day Chris suggested we move our friendship to the next level. I was sure it wouldn't work, and that when it failed it would ruin our relationship! Anybody who knows us knows that we have had our share of ups and downs. Yet here we are, more than four years later, and we are closer than ever. We have a beautiful son together, and Brendan is our world. And when the times get tough, when tragedy strikes or somebody is ill, or when things are going beautifully and life feels perfect-we always have each other! We grow stronger every day. I cannot wait to marry my best friend.

Our Wedding

Our ceremony will be held at 2pm. Attire is casual! We intend to have a small coctail reception following the ceremony, with island snacks, wedding cake, and drinks. We can't wait!!
