Brett and I met while attending Boone County High School. We were in Show choir together and were always partners. Everyone in show choir could tell we had a major thing for each other, though we claimed to be best friends. Best friends led into a relationship that started on November 8th, 2003! We have been together since. Brett puts a twinkle in my eye, and a warm feeling in my heart each and everytime I see him. Bretts mother has always said from the time she first saw us together, we were meant to be and we have something very special. We love each other so incredibly much. We got engaged on June 11th, 2007. Brett is in the marines and was gone for six months before June 11th. He was back home for two days and he came to my door, may I add completely unexpected, with his marine uniform on and as soon as I opened the front door he droped to his knee and ask me if I would marry him! I was so excited words can't even begin to describe how I was feeling at that moment. An hour after this we signed for a new house. This was quite a busy and life changing day. We also started our family with two puppies, a german shepard, and a maltese. Brett and I are very happy as an engaged couple, and as best friends.
