We met in 2005 at Tyax Mountain Lake Resort where we both worked. Our relationship started as informal 'get togethers' after work in the Tyax lounge where we gradually realized we had lots in common. Interest, grew to like, and like grew to love and here we are years later buying our dream property and getting married! Dave proposed on a beautiful day when we were doing some winter camping with our snowmobiles, he took Cynthia to a high mountain top with amazing views at sun set. He even got down on one knee! Not something Cynthia was expecting...It did not take her long to say a tearful yes!

We are getting married in Jamaica! We have chosen this destination because of the beautiful resort and the activities availble to us through the resort. The resort is named 'Grand Lido Negril'. Some of the fun activities include swinging through the jungle canopy and observing its wildlife, cayaking the rio grande, and touring the Appleton Rum distillery. We will be arriving in Jamaica on 03/08/2008 our wedding will be taking place on 03/11/2008 at 4:00 PM. We would like to get together with everyone who was not able to attend our wedding following our return from Jamaica, this will give everybody the opportunity to visit with us and view our wedding pictures!

Our reception will be a nice dinner at the Grand Lido Negril, Piacere (there are 9 restaurants at the resort) The Piacere is formal French elegance in a luxurious candlelit setting, with a world class pianist accompanying. Our wedding cake will be a traditional Jamaican cake!
