Derrick and I met more than 20 years ago, through his younger brother, who is a family friend of ours. Throughout these years, Derrick and I have been quite formal in exchanging friendly "hellos". On one of my visits to Jamaica, Derrick's brother asked me if I knew of someone who I could introduce him as he was concerned about his brother being alone . After much deliberation, I chose myself and we have been inseparable ever since. As christians, we knew that the right thing to do was to get married and so the offer for marriage came over the phone to which I said yes!!!! I will be officially engaged on the July 26 in Jamaica. We both share the love for God. Derrick's attention is shown in so many attentive and romantic ways, all of which have been combined to the receipe to our love

Our wedding will be on November 10, 2007 at Unity of Jamaica located at 87 Old Hope Road, Kingston 6 at 3:00pm.
